From Corn and Beans, to Goats and Greens: Conservation practices for farms of all sizes

  • Hardwood Creek Branch Library 19955 Forest Road North Forest Lake, MN, 55025 United States (map)

Our local farms, big and small, provide our community with food, fuel, and fiber. Their operations are detailed, complex, and driven by the latest scientific information. This presentation has been specifically developed for farmers of all sizes to learn more about soil health and conservation farming practices. Experts from the Comfort Lake-Forest Lake Watershed District (CLFLWD) will provide an introduction on various conservation practices and the funding resources that are available for implementing those practices.
